Project Timelines

This is a venture that can be accomplished in the next 4-6 years. This will be a great start for the biotechnology industry in Houston and could have positive revenue (both real and tax revenues) impacts within 10-15 years. The above is a timeline when we believe all centers will be developed. Our primary plan is to construct four buildings along Cambridge Street in close proximity to a large parking and retail center.
